Bulgaria teamBulgaria Training

Stiff and terrified Villi mastered her fear of public speaking as she participated in our Keynote Communication Training last year.  This summer, Keynote staff returned to conduct advanced training with Villi and others to train them as communication coaches and teachers.  The ‘new’ coaches then led the 5-day training for 17 other leaders (Cru staff, pastors, volunteers).  They grew tremendously through Keynote’s on-the-job training and guidance.   They now have an effective training tool to not only help their leaders grow but a tool to use with students and business professionals.

“This is a unique training that no one offers here in Bulgaria.  I know there is a big need for this.”                                                                                                              Emil Georgiev, team leader of Cru’s affiliate ministry in Varna

Australia public school outreach3union

Three brothers known as “3 Union” recently returned from a tour to Australia.   They worked with a Cru music ministry there call (CRAM, Creative Arts Ministry) furthering a partnership begun in 2002.   3union performed primarily in public schools and openly shared their faith in Christ with more than 2500 students.  551 of those indicated a decision to accept Christ.   Pray for effective follow up with these new believers.

India girlsIndia now…

Now through Oct. 22 Keynote has a band named Stone in southern India.  They are doing outreach concerts sharing Christ in schools and college campuses.    They will also provide training for local staff who long to launch a band to do the same type of ministry.

It is incredible to see our Keynote staff, many whom I have trained personally, ministering around the world!  Love my job of training leaders here and around the globe to pursue their calling of reaching their own cultures with the love and truth of Jesus!
