Much has changed in the 41 years I have served with Cru, but two things have not: people throughout the world seeking spiritual truth, and my commitment to sharing God’s truth in a compelling, culturally relevant way.

Traveling as a solo artist throughout 27 countries I saw God use music to open doors that were otherwise closed to the gospel. And now I am privileged to train others to be more effective in their ministries. Now serving with the Innovation Team, I get to use my creative skills and tap into my passion for communication, right relationships, and spiritual formation.

As the Global Missions Training Coordinator, I help staff and students around the world discover, develop, and learn to effectively deliver their personal story of how God is at work in their lives. Dr. Bright’s passion for transferable concepts and multiplication made a strong impression on me. I can impact a few, but if I train others God can do so much more. Equipping others in and for ministry is sheer joy.

I am also an advocate for those in grief. I meet one-on-one with people in bereavement, and I provide seminars to help pastors, missionaries, care givers, employers, etc., understand grief and learn how to walk with someone in the wilderness of devastating loss. It is truly holy ground.

God has done amazing things these past 41 years, and I believe the best is yet to come.

Thanks for your interest and partnership with me!
